The Highlands County Education Support Professionals Association (HCESPA) is the exclusive bargaining agent (Association/Union) that represents all the support staff employees of Highlands County Public Schools.  We negotiate and enforce your contract through an excellent working relationship with the School Board, Superintendent, and Administration.  HCESPA has been the Union since July 27, 1990, and have negotiated the contract that is in place today.  Each year contract negotiations occur on your wages, hours, and working conditions.  Without HCESPA, there would be no contract to protect you as an employee.  There is strength in numbers and currently, HCESPA needs over 150 more members to ensure you have a contract next year.
